Position Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant with experience in logistics or transportation to communicate with customers/suppliers, monitor operations, and perform general administrative tasks. Results-oriented, well-organized, and quick to learn We seek a candidate with administrative experience, ideally in logistics, transportation, or international trade. A clear focus on results, strong organizational skills, ability to learn quickly, and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously will be highly valued. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential; knowledge of an additional language—such as German, French, or Italian—is a strong advantage. Main responsibilities include receiving bookings, communicating with customers and suppliers in English, monitoring operations, and updating information. General administrative tasks will also be performed. Working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with possible shift work. A 6-month temporary contract is offered, with potential for permanent employment. * Bilingual/advanced level of English, sufficient for daily work and communication with customers and suppliers from various countries in this language. * A third language is valued: German, French, Italian, etc. * Administrative experience, preferably in the transportation or logistics sector. * Academic background in logistics, customs, or related fields. * Immediate availability to start. * Flexibility regarding working hours is appreciated.
