Job Description We seek to hire a **Logistics Administrative Assistant** to support the Operations and Finance departments, reporting directly to the CFO. The selected candidate will participate in the company’s daily administrative and logistics management, coordinating shipments, documentation, and communication with national and international suppliers and customers. Responsibilities * Managing and tracking domestic and international shipments. * Coordinating with freight carriers and logistics operators. * Managing order-related documentation, delivery notes, invoices, and transport documents. * Monitoring and resolving logistics incidents. * Entering and updating information in the ERP system. * Communicating with customers and suppliers in Spanish and English. * Providing administrative support to the Finance and Operations departments. * Preparing reports and monitoring operations. Requirements * Prior experience in logistics administration or supply chain. * Experience in industrial environments. * Advanced spoken and written English (minimum B2/C1\). * Proficiency with computer tools and ERP systems. * Organized, solution-oriented, and capable of coordination. * A degree in Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field is desirable.
