




Job Summary: We are seeking a logistics administrative assistant with experience in the automotive sector to manage bookings, communicate with customers and suppliers, and monitor operations. Booking management, communication with customers and suppliers We are looking for a person to perform administrative tasks within the logistics sector. This opportunity involves working for a leading logistics management company, specifically supporting an automotive-sector client located in the Barcelona Free Trade Zone. Previous experience in administrative functions is required, preferably in logistics, transportation, or international trade. We value results orientation, organizational skills, ability to learn quickly, and capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. An advanced level of Japanese and Spanish is essential; proficiency in a third language—such as English, German, or French—is considered an advantage. Main responsibilities include booking management, communication with customers and suppliers, operational follow-up, updating information, and other general administrative tasks. A 6-month temporary contract through an ETT (Temporary Employment Agency) is offered, with potential for permanent incorporation into the company. Working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts and possible availability for night shifts. The gross annual salary ranges between 20\.000€ and 25\.000€, depending on experience.
