The candidate must be proactive, customer-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of resolving incidents in the best possible manner with minimal negative impact. Key responsibilities include: * General administrative, tax, and accounting tasks. * Management and tracking of invoices, delivery notes, and taxes. * Customer support and advisory services regarding product features and service delivery. * Logistics management and order tracking. * Management of documentation required for shipments. * Ensuring resolution of incidents and addressing potential questions. .
