We advocate a dynamic, efficient, and results-oriented work model, strongly committed to quality and continuous improvement. **Main Responsibilities** * Identification, analysis, and selection of **public tenders and private projects**. * Review of technical and administrative specifications, and decision-making regarding participation. * Preparation of **technical and economic tenders**: + Time planning + Cost estimation + Material specification + Comparative analysis and subcontractor evaluation * Preparation and upload of budgets into financial control tools (ERP). * Tender follow-up and analysis of **deviations between forecast and actual execution**. * Sourcing, contacting, and **negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors**. * Coordination with technical, production, and management departments. Requirements **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with public tenders. * Knowledge of electrical installations. * Prior experience in medium-sized construction companies. * Degree in **Engineering (Industrial, Civil, etc.) or Technical Architecture**. * Minimum **2–3 years** of relevant experience in construction/installation sector roles. * Proficiency with technical tools: + **Presto** (mandatory) + **AutoCAD** + 3D design software + ERP systems or financial control tools * Analytical, organized, and solution-oriented profile. * Strong synthesis ability and **excellent communication skills** for teamwork.
