Through **Grupo Mimara**, we are recruiting a Social Worker for one of our residential facilities located in La Higuera. Main responsibilities * Manage the admission process for service users, preparing their social history and corresponding social file. * Conduct social assessments and studies related to residents. * Prepare social reports and manage the administrative documentation required by the facility's management. * Inform users about available internal and external social resources, assessing each user’s personal, family, and social situation. * Provide direct support at individual, group, and community levels. * Promote users’ integration and participation in facility life and their surrounding environment. * Participate in designing and implementing admission adaptation programs. * Coordinate working groups and sociocultural animation activities. * Manage and facilitate resolution of social issues in coordination with external entities and institutions. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. * Prior experience in residential care or elderly care is desirable. * Ability to work effectively in teams, strong communication skills, and a service-oriented vocation.
