About the Role Capgemini Engineering is looking for a Simulation Engineer to join our team and participate in the development and modeling of advanced tracking and localization algorithms applied to airborne radar systems and 3D environments. You will be responsible for defining, simulating, and validating tracking and trajectory estimation techniques, integrating data from multiple sensors and applying digital signal processing methodologies. . What You’ll Do on the Project? * Define tracking algorithms based on radar detections and multi-sensor fusion. * Model and simulate algorithms in Matlab/Simulink, including synthetic scenarios. * Develop mobile target localization techniques in 3D environments (indoor/outdoor). * Prepare technical documentation covering concepts, architecture, and performance. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on international projects. * Participate in technical meetings and project milestones. . Your Profile To thrive in this position, you should have: * Degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science or related field). * Minimum 2 years’ experience in tracking techniques and algorithms, digital signal processing, and/or multi-sensor information fusion. * Proficiency in Matlab/Simulink for modeling and simulation. * English language proficiency at B2 level (written and spoken). .
