For new projects in the energy sector, we require an **EPC Scheduler** to join immediately the project monitoring team for an energy project currently in the construction completion and commissioning commencement phase.
**Responsibilities**
* Monitoring and updating the project schedule at Level 3 and Level 4\.
* Preparing and updating schedules for the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning phases.
* Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports for both internal use and client delivery.
* Developing and maintaining progress curves and unit tracking.
* Monitoring progress across various project disciplines: engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
* Monitoring and controlling subcontractor works and progress.
* Supporting the Project Controls team in reporting, progress analysis, and project monitoring activities.
* Tracking resources, productivity, and quantities throughout the various project phases.
* Coordinating and communicating with project teams, the client, and other stakeholders.
**Requirements**
* Industrial Engineering or related degree.
* Experience in project planning and scheduling.
* Experience in EPC projects, preferably within industrial or energy environments.
* Experience monitoring and controlling projects during construction and commissioning phases.
* Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and MS Project.
* Advanced level of English.
* Project risk analysis experience will be valued.
* Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools will be valued.
