We are currently seeking an **E-Learning Graphic Designer** with strong visual judgment, creativity, and autonomy—capable of transforming scripts, documentation, and technical content into **engaging, clear, and pedagogically effective digital learning experiences**. We seek a professional who does not merely transfer information onto a screen, but who can **interpret content, propose how to communicate it visually, and transform it into a carefully crafted, interactive, and effective learning experience**. ##### **What will you do?** * Interpret scripts, documentation, and technical materials to convert them into digital training content. * Design and develop e-learning courses using **Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and Genially**. * Propose visual and interactive solutions that facilitate comprehension and learning. * Create interactions, layers, states, triggers, and navigation structures in Storyline. * Design graphical and multimedia resources to enrich learning experiences. * Create and edit simple video pieces using **Canva or similar tools**. * Search for, edit, and generate images, videos, voice-overs, icons, and other graphical resources. * Use **generative AI tools** to support the creative and production process. * Maintain visual consistency and ensure the visual quality of projects. * Publish, review, and validate content in **SCORM** format. * Work with **LMS platforms**, performing necessary checks to ensure content functions correctly. ##### **What are we looking for?** We seek a professional with **2 to 5 years of experience** in graphic design applied to digital content and/or e-learning. It will be important that you have: * Practical experience in **e-learning content development**. * Proficiency with **Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and/or Genially**. * Ability to interpret a script or documentation and propose how to turn it into a learning experience. * Autonomy to develop a project from source materials or build upon existing templates. * Strong visual judgment and sensitivity to design. * Creativity and ability to propose solutions—not just execute instructions. * Experience creating or editing simple video pieces. * Ability to work independently and attend to detail in final deliverables. ##### **Nice-to-have** * Proficiency with the **Adobe Creative Suite**, especially Photoshop and Illustrator. * Experience with Premiere or other video editing tools. * Knowledge of **SCORM and LMS platforms**. * Experience with generative AI tools applied to **image, video, audio, and digital resource creation**. * Education in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Audiovisual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related fields. **Academic qualifications are not an exclusionary requirement:** We place special value on hands-on experience, tool proficiency, and portfolio quality. ##### **What would we like to see in your portfolio?** We want to understand your thought process and how you visually solve projects.
