We are currently seeking a talented, empathetic, and commercially minded **Sales Advisor** to join our team on a **full-time basis** with a **permanent contract**. What will your responsibilities be? * **Personalized customer service and advice:** Listen to customers' needs to recommend the perfect product based on their lifestyle and ergonomics. * **Sales closing and customer retention:** Manage the entire sales process—from initial contact through post-sale follow-up. * **Store management:** Maintain impeccable product displays, correct price labeling, and accurate stock control. * **Basic administrative tasks:** Preparing quotations, processing orders in the system, handling financing applications, and coordinating deliveries. Desired profile (Who are we looking for?) We seek someone who does more than just sell—we seek someone who connects. Key characteristics for this role include: * **Customer orientation and empathy:** Ability to actively listen; purchasing a mattress or sofa is an important decision requiring patience and approachability. * **Strong communication skills:** Verbal fluency, positive and proactive attitude, and a warm smile. * **Experience (Preferred):** Prior experience in face-to-face sales, preferably in furniture, sleep products, home goods, or textiles (though if you have natural interpersonal skills, we want to meet you!). * **Teamwork and organization:** Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and maintain store order. * **Professional demeanor and conduct:** Strong personal presence and commitment to the brand’s image.
