Description
We are seeking a candidate to assume the **overall management of a technology training academy**, with the ability to lead the center, manage daily operations, and maintain close, professional communication with families.
This is a highly autonomous position; therefore, we seek a responsible, solution-oriented, organized, and proactive individual.

* Regular interaction and communication with families and students at the center.
* General management and daily coordination of the academy.
* Organizing and supervising the teaching staff.
* Resolving incidents and monitoring proper class operation.
* Basic administrative tasks. Most processes are handled via an automated management platform, so administrative workload is limited.
* Tracking commercial and operational objectives of the center.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with families.

The possibility of **teaching classes in addition to managing the center will be a very significant factor and may prove decisive in the selection process**.
We do not necessarily seek a purely teaching or purely administrative profile: we seek a versatile individual capable of combining **management, sales, family communication, leadership, and, if qualified, teaching**.

A fixed monthly gross salary of **€1,600**, for a permanent contract of **140 hours per month**.
Moreover, the position includes a **bonus system tied to achievement of objectives**, primarily related to growth, enrollments, and center performance.
