At **Ership Group**, a maritime transport sector company, we are looking for a **Maintenance Planning Technician** to work at our facilities in **Gijón (Asturias).** **What We Offer?** * Competitive **remuneration conditions**, based on experience. * **Professional development and continuous training plan.** * Integration into a major Group undergoing continuous growth and expansion, with presence in the main ports of the Iberian Peninsula. * **Flexible remuneration system**, offering the opportunity to enroll in various benefits (meal vouchers, transportation vouchers, childcare vouchers, private health insurance). **Why Join Ership Group?** Here you will find stability, long-term employment within a solid project, and real opportunities for learning and professional development—whether you are just starting out or already have experience. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** Ensure the proper functioning of machinery and facilities through **preventive and corrective maintenance planning and execution**, resolving incidents, optimizing resources, and guaranteeing operational safety and continuity. **Role Within the Team:** * Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and facilities (hoppers, conveyor belts, cranes, warehouses, etc.). * Manage work orders in GMAO: record interventions, machine hours, and tracking. * Coordinate with operations to optimize timing and minimize downtime. * Support administrative tasks related to maintenance (delivery notes, invoicing, technical data). * Liaise with suppliers and manage supplier performance. * Assist in diagnosing electromechanical failures and provide technical support. **What We Are Looking For?** * Vocational Training (FP) in **Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent** * Experience in machinery or facility maintenance. Knowledge of electricity and mechanics (hydraulics/PLC knowledge is an advantage) * Experience with GMAO and work order management * Interest in combining maintenance organization (planning, control, management) with hands-on fieldwork (troubleshooting and interventions) * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00\.
