Technical Office Manager Industrial Machinery Sector – Barcelona **Manufacturer of industrial machinery for industrial laundries** is looking to hire a **Technical Office Manager** to lead the technical department and coordinate the development, improvement, and support of proprietary industrial equipment. Main Responsibilities * Management and coordination of the **Technical Office**. * Design and development of industrial machinery (presses, washing tunnels, dryers, installations). * Modeling and drafting in **SolidWorks / CAD 2D\-3D**. * Management of technical modifications and product improvements. * Technical support to workshops, manufacturing, and international installations. * Resolution of complex technical issues. * Coordination with commercial and systems departments. * Supervision of technical documentation, manuals, and parts lists. * Process optimization and technical standardization. Required Profile * Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Proven experience in industrial machinery design. * Proficiency in SolidWorks and/or 3D CAD tools. * Knowledge of: * Industrial mechanics * Pneumatics and hydraulics * Interpretation of electrical schematics * Ability to lead technical teams. * Problem-solving mindset, organizational skills, and holistic project vision. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in the industrial laundry sector. * Knowledge of automation or system integration. * Project management experience. * Availability for occasional on-site commissioning support.
