At **DORMITY**, the leading company in manufacturing and selling sleep systems with over 30 years of experience and a network of more than 70 retail outlets, we are looking for sales talent for our physical stores located in the Vallès Occidental region (Sabadell, Terrassa, Sant Cugat del Vallès, Rubí, Barberà del Vallès, etc). ***What will you do at DORMITY?*** Your role will be essential in ensuring that every customer enjoys a unique and personalized shopping experience: * Actively listen to and advise each customer based on their actual needs. * Drive sales confidently, convincingly, and with thorough product knowledge. * Follow up on quotations and contribute to customer retention. * Guide customers through to purchase decisions, ensuring an excellent experience while building trust and delivering value. ***What do we offer?*** * Permanent contract * Fixed annual gross salary of €20,920 + an attractive commission scheme resulting in an average annual gross salary between €30,000 and €40,000. * Initial and ongoing training on sales techniques and product knowledge delivered by our professionals, equipping you with all necessary tools. * 40-hour weekly schedule, Monday to Saturday, split shifts (10:00–14:00 and 17:00–20:30).
