As team leader, you’ll be responsible for the success of your business—and for your own professional development. **Work wherever Action is!** ------------------------------- Together with your colleagues, you’ll manage various groups of store employees and do everything possible to achieve strong results. You’ll monitor sales volume, organize shelf replenishment and your store’s visual presentation. You’ll also be responsible for inventory management, daily cash register closing, and planning all tasks. You’ll support colleagues’ professional development and assess candidates applying for positions at your sister store. You’ll regularly liaise with the Regional Director regarding progress and business results. **We offer you:** ----------------- * Minimum gross full-time annual base salary of €24,500.00.
