Job Summary: Store Manager responsible for supervising, coordinating, and managing the team to ensure the proper operation of the retail outlet and deliver an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating daily activities, managing and motivating the team, and organizing tasks and schedules. Also ensure the proper operation of the retail outlet and achievement of commercial objectives, assist and advise customers to guarantee a positive shopping experience. Handle incidents, monitor stock levels, and participate in inventory counts and restocking. Additionally, maintain store order, visual presentation, and product display, as well as prepare commercial campaigns and promotions. Other duties inherent to the position. Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, split shift between 09:30 and 20:30, with legally mandated breaks. * Minimum two years' experience in similar roles within the retail sector. * We seek a candidate with leadership ability, organizational skills, and results orientation. * Proximity to the workplace is desirable. Fluency in both Catalan and Spanish, both spoken and written. * Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO)
