We are seeking a **Store Assistant Manager** to supervise scheduled events in the warehouse when the Event Manager is not present. They will also support the Event Manager in daily operations, such as preparing daily reports, interviewing and training new sales advisors, and ensuring compliance with company policies. **Responsibilities** * Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and supervise warehouse events in their absence. * Prepare and present food and non-food supplier products to Costco members. * Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner. * Generate brand awareness and create a positive impression of products to increase sales. * Provide excellent customer service, including identifying customer needs to recommend the most suitable products. * Assist with other assigned tasks. **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation. * Ability to work independently. * Flexible availability, including weekends. * Basic computer skills. * Willingness to relocate geographically.
