At Pádel Nuestro, we are looking to bring a new player onto our team for one of our flagship stores in Madrid. We seek a dynamic profile, customer-oriented, and eager to be part of a leading brand in the world of padel. **What will your mission be?** You will be a key element in our customers’ experience, accompanying them throughout the entire purchasing process and helping them find the equipment best suited to their needs—both on and off the court. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Advise and assist customers, helping them find what they need. * Monitor and replenish stock, ensuring the store always looks perfect. * Keep the sales area tidy and attractive. * Manage cash register operations and daily closings. * Actively participate in the store’s continuous improvement and in enhancing the customer experience. **What are we looking for?** ✔ Prior experience in sports retail ✔ Knowledge of the padel world and its products. ✔ English proficiency sufficient to serve and advise international customers. ✔ Commercial, proactive, and results-oriented profile. ✔ Ability to work effectively as part of a team. **What do we offer?** · Indefinite-term contract. · Private health insurance. · 20-hour weekly work schedule. · Rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday. · Company benefits and product discounts.
