**Minimum Requirements:** ----------------------- Diploma and/or Bachelor's Degree in Social Education and/or official qualification. **Desired Requirements:** ------------------------ Ability to adapt to change and continuous improvement. Driver's license. **Job Position:** ---------------------- The person appointed to the Social Educator position will perform the following functions: * Promote and foster an appropriate coexistence climate at the PIL, ensuring its maintenance. * Establish and use the necessary educational tools to promote a healthy lifestyle, encouraging and strengthening young people's adoption of healthy habits, especially regarding sports practice, prevention of sedentary behavior, and maintenance of a balanced diet. * Apply the necessary tools, mechanisms, and strategies to address, redirect, and/or interrupt, if required, any adverse situation that may arise during normal coexistence within the PIL. * Provide guidance to young people in the educational field. * Support the youth's disintegration process upon completion of their stay at the PIL. * Actively participate in drafting the annual report, applicable protocols, programming, and internal regulations of the residence.
