




Job Summary: You will support the personal, emotional, and social development of resident youth by designing and implementing socio-educational intervention plans. Key Responsibilities: 1. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team with a socio-educational focus. 2. You will promote the personal, emotional, and social development of young people. 3. You will design and implement socio-educational intervention plans. **Minimum Requirements:** ----------------------- Diploma and/or Bachelor's degree in Social Education and/or official qualification as a social educator. **Desired Qualifications:** ------------------------ Communication skills, empathy, and emotional management abilities. Ability to work in a team and handle complex situations. **Workplace:** ---------------------- The selected candidate will join an interdisciplinary team, providing socio-educational support, daily-life accompaniment, and promoting the personal, emotional, and social development of resident young women. Key responsibilities include: * Educational accompaniment in daily life (routines, studies, social skills, personal autonomy). * Design, implementation, and monitoring of socio-educational intervention plans. * Conflict mediation and emotional skills training. * Organization and facilitation of educational, recreational, and community activities. * Record keeping and preparation of follow-up reports. **Contract Type:** --------------------- * Permanent **Working Hours:** ------------ * Full-time **Working Schedule:** -------------------- Full-time schedule.
