Job Summary: We are seeking a social educator to foster an appropriate coexistence climate, promote healthy living habits, and address adverse situations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promote a healthy lifestyle and physical activity. 2. Provide educational guidance and support for young people. 3. Actively participate in improving the project. **Minimum Requirements:** ----------------------- Diploma and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Education and/or official qualification. **Desired Requirements:** ------------------------ Ability to adapt to change and continuous improvement. Problem-solving and de-escalation skills. Commitment to the project. Teamwork. Valid driver's license. **Job Responsibilities:** ---------------------- The person appointed to the position of social educator will carry out the following duties: * Strengthen and support the implementation of an appropriate coexistence climate within the PIL, ensuring its maintenance. * Establish and use necessary educational tools to promote a healthy lifestyle, encouraging and reinforcing the adoption of healthy habits among young people—particularly regarding sports practice, prevention of sedentary behavior, and maintenance of a balanced diet. * Apply necessary tools, mechanisms, and strategies to address, redirect, and/or interrupt, as appropriate, any adverse situation that may arise during normal coexistence within the PIL. * Provide educational guidance to young people. * Support young people’s reintegration process upon completion of their stay at the PIL. * Actively participate in preparing the annual report, applicable protocols, programming, and internal regulations of the housing facility.
