If you have experience in production environments, team organization, and laundry processes—and enjoy combining operational management with supporting people—**we want to meet you!** **Main responsibilities** * Support the Laundry Supervisor in organizing and coordinating the service, ensuring the proper functioning of all production processes. * Organize and supervise washing, drying, ironing, packaging, and packing tasks, ensuring compliance with agreed deadlines with clients. * Coordinate and assign team tasks according to service needs and individual capabilities, especially in the absence of the Laundry Supervisor. * Monitor and manage staff schedules, as well as clothing deliveries and collections, adapting them to workload demands. * Supervise the quality of washed, processed, or subcontracted clothing and verify correct recording on tracking sheets. * Control incoming client clothing and support management of delivery notes and related documentation. * Address incidents raised by workers and support resolution of operational service needs. * Train and guide new staff members on daily laundry operations, work methods, and use of new technologies. * Monitor and support workers undergoing insertion pathways, in coordination with relevant teams. * Ensure proper operation of machinery and report any possible malfunctions to the Laundry Supervisor. * Ensure compliance with safety measures, rest periods, task rotation, and Occupational Risk Prevention regulations. * Receive and channel complaints from internal and external clients, reporting them to the service supervisor. * Participate in identifying and implementing improvement actions linked to the Quality and Environmental Management System. **Requirements** **Qualification:** Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO). Holding the **Professional Certificate in Auxiliary Operations for Industrial and Local Laundries**, or other training related to textile processes, industrial laundry, or production, will be valued. **Experience:** Minimum one year of experience in industrial laundry, production environments, or similar supervisory and team-organization roles. **Key competencies** **Organization and planning:** Distribute workloads, organize production processes, and ensure service deadline compliance. **Team management and support:** Support workers, enhance their capabilities, and facilitate their professional development. **Versatility and adaptability:** Assume various operational responsibilities and adapt to production changes and service needs. **Client and quality orientation:** Guarantee fulfillment of commitments made, supervise service quality, and promote continuous improvement. **What do we offer?** **Indefinite contract, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.** **Schedule:** Shifts distributed from Monday to Saturday, adapted to production needs and laundry seasonality. During the **high season (summer)**, service is organized into morning or afternoon shifts: * Morning shift: Monday and Saturday, 04:30–11:30 h; Tuesday to Friday, 04:30–11:00 h. * Afternoon shift: Monday and Saturday, 09:30–16:30 h; Tuesday to Friday, 09:30–16:00 h.
