**Responsibilities:**
· Greet and welcome members, visitors, and the general public, ensuring an excellent user experience.
· Manage building access control and resolve inquiries related to facilities, activities, and services.
· Collect entrance tickets from visitors and process payments, ensuring proper handling of cash and electronic payment systems.
· Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor with members and visitors, safeguarding the institution's image.
· Monitor the condition of reception areas and report any incidents.
**Requirements:**
· Minimum one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in customer-facing positions.
· Native-level Spanish proficiency and advanced English skills; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
· Outstanding interpersonal skills, customer orientation, and courteous communication.
· Professional appearance and demeanor.
· Organized, proactive individual with the ability to handle unexpected situations.
· Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
· Immediate availability.
