The project targets **children from the La Salut Alta neighborhood and surrounding areas.** It is a reference socioeducational space for preventing risk situations and detecting cases of vulnerability or lack of protection. Work is carried out primarily through three axes: academic support, leisure, and emotional education. In addition, close collaboration is maintained with the families of participants, local social services, and educational centers in the area. **The team consists of three people:** two educators and one coordinating educator. Student interns and volunteers may also be present. **Responsibilities and Functions of the Position:** * Know and embrace the organization’s mission, vision, and values, as well as its Educational Project and methodology. * Plan, implement, and evaluate the actions outlined in the Annual Program (PA). * Carry out the scheduled accompaniment activities for 10 children for whom the educator serves as reference. * Participate in scheduled extraordinary activities, according to the calendar. * Involve the families of the children for whom the educator serves as reference in their socioeducational processes: organize meetings, conduct tutoring sessions, jointly assess progress, etc. * Coordinate with local social and educational agents regarding the accompaniment of the children for whom the educator serves as reference. * Perform all administrative tasks related to the project’s quality process (activity records, objective evaluation, use of monitoring tools). * Participate in networks or working groups established by the coordination team. * Attend weekly project-team meetings, monthly professional-team meetings, and any training sessions proposed by the organization. **Start date: September 1.** 30-hour weekly schedule, consisting of two mornings and five afternoons per week (Monday to Friday). Possibility of extraordinary activities in the evening or on Saturdays (according to the annual calendar). Remuneration according to Category II of the Social Action Collective Agreement (salary increase possible depending on profile and prior experience).
