Fila Constructor, a company with over 75 years of history in Bellver de Cerdanya, is seeking to hire a professional Painter for diverse high-quality new construction and renovation projects. The company maintains an in-house team of over 30 professionals and manages projects ranging from new construction and renovations to industrialized construction and maintenance. General painting: Application of paints, varnishes, and coatings both indoors and outdoors. Surface preparation: Tasks including cleaning, sanding, filling, and priming of walls, ceilings, and carpentry. High-quality finishes: Execution of textures, stucco work, and other decorative finishes. Material management: Stock control, color mixing, and maintenance of work equipment. Organization: Maintaining order and cleanliness at the worksite and in the workshop. Coordination: Collaborating with other trades and subcontractors within the scope of the project. * Minimum 2 years of experience. Prior experience performing painter duties. * Catalan (spoken: Intermediate, written: Intermediate) * Spanish (spoken: Intermediate, written: Intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: Training of 20 hours in Occupational Risk Prevention for Painters will be valued. * Availability of personal vehicle * Driver's license: B * Permanent employment contract * Intensive work schedule * Additional relevant information: Workplace characteristics Location: Bellver de Cerdanya (La Cerdanya). Contract type: Permanent contract from day one. Working hours: Full-time with intensive schedule. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (evenings and weekends off). Salary: According to collective agreement and professional category; negotiable based on candidate’s qualifications. Work modality: Fully on-site at construction sites and workshop.
