The historic manor house, featuring a tower dating back to 1449, sits within an 89-hectare private estate adorned with romantic gardens filled with roses and olive trees, bordered by the Tastavins River and the mountain range known as the Ports de Beseit. The property grows its own organic fruits and vegetables and produces its own olive oil—used in the restaurant—reflecting a philosophy deeply rooted in terroir and culinary excellence. Inside its beautiful, labyrinthine buildings, guests can immerse themselves in reading by the fireplace, play chess or piano, and enjoy an intimate and timeless atmosphere. At night, the terrace invites guests to gaze upon a star-filled sky of exceptional clarity. Night Concierge responsibilities include: Night receptionist \- handling calls, late check-ins, attending to guests’ needs overnight, basic cleaning and maintenance, breakfast preparation—in short, full responsibility for all tasks ensuring the hotel functions properly while most people sleep. ### **Requirements** Responsibility, reliability, proactivity, and problem-solving ability. Valid work permit for Spain and a valid driver’s license are mandatory. Proficiency in English is valued. ### **Offered** Minimum 4 nights per week. Competitive salary and working conditions
