Job Summary: A full-time temporary contract is offered to perform facility maintenance tasks, including gardening, electrical repairs, and water hygiene control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performing facility maintenance tasks. 2. Gardening and preventive maintenance tasks. 3. Water hygiene control and legionella prevention. A full-time temporary employment contract is offered, with scheduled work also on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, to carry out facility maintenance tasks in Melide (A Coruña). Tasks include gardening and initial and periodic vegetation clearance, preventive maintenance and electrical repairs, unclogging operations, as well as daily or weekly sanitary controls of domestic hot water and legionella prevention. To be eligible for this position, candidates must hold certification or specific training in maintenance, water control, and legionellosis prevention, along with a clean criminal record regarding sexual offenses and a valid Class B driving license. Experience in facility maintenance, gardening, and minor repairs will be especially valued.
