Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented individual to perform preventive and corrective maintenance of campsite facilities, handle incidents, and monitor consumption. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance of bungalows, common areas, and campsite facilities. 2. Handling incidents, complaints, and customer requests. 3. Monitoring consumption and water treatment. 4 days per week: Monday 8\-15, Tuesday 8\-14, Wednesday and Thursday off, Friday 8\-15, Saturday 9\-14, Sunday off Responsibilities: * The main responsibilities of this position include: * Handling daily reports: incidents, complaints, and requests from customers and others. * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance of bungalows, common areas, and campsite facilities. * Conducting necessary tests to ensure safe and efficient operation of facilities. * Monitoring consumption (electricity, gas, water, energy losses, water leaks, etc.). * Knowledge of water treatment (e.g., legionella control), including daily sampling and logging at the swimming pool and restroom block. * Monitoring materials or facilities that may deteriorate due to infrequent use. * Electrical, plumbing, swimming pool, and gardening knowledge is essential; masonry, painting, and HVAC knowledge are highly valued. We seek a proactive and solution-oriented candidate. Residency in Estepona or nearby areas is desirable. Own vehicle required. Flexible working hours. Public holidays are worked and compensated with equivalent time off according to prior scheduling. 30 days of annual vacation. Gross salary: 25 hours/week = €979.86; Net salary: €898.53. Availability for flexible scheduling. Daily performance is valued to potentially increase weekly hours within the monthly schedule.
