We are seeking kitchen staff for the cafeteria of a children's leisure center. On one hand, we serve children (mainly birthday celebrations) by preparing snacks such as pizza, nuggets, sausages, french fries, etc.; on the other hand, we serve adults (tapas, portions, hamburgers, etc.). The cafeteria is also open for weekend lunches and special events such as first communions, barbecues, etc. Strong organizational and planning skills are required; work must be carried out in an orderly and clean manner. Equipment includes griddles, deep fryers, ovens, etc. Food handler's certificate and allergen management knowledge are mandatory. Collaboration with the center manager is required. **Proven experience is essential**. **Only residents of Alcalá de Henares or nearby towns will be considered**. Working hours vary weekly or fortnightly within the following ranges: \- Fridays: 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM or 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM \- Saturdays: 12:30 PM to 2:00 AM or 4:30 PM to 11:00 PM \- Sundays: 12:30 PM to 5:00 PM or 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM Possibility of adding some weekday afternoons and occasional mornings for kitchen cleaning, depending on operational evolution, as these are new working hours for the company and will be adjusted during the first weeks. **A formal contract will be issued for candidates with valid documentation**.
