Responsible for cleaning the work station, as well as equipment and facilities. • Culinary production: Responsible for culinary production processes and preparations as indicated by menus or the menu during service. • Participate in food handling processes including cleaning, preservation, cooking, regeneration, and restocking, following instructions from immediate supervisors and adhering to good food-handling practices. • Food receipt and storage: Assist in basic operations of receiving and storing goods, complying with established regulations and instructions received. Responsible for correctly performing internal restocking of goods. ### **Requirements** • Vocational Training Certificate (Intermediate Level) in Hospitality. • Prior experience with Opera PMS is desirable. • Knowledge of food products, kitchen machinery, and utensils. • Knowledge of cooking and pastry. • Mandatory HACCP training. • Language skills: English and/or Spanish.
