Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join a family-run establishment, providing support to the head chef in preparing and presenting dishes, and maintaining cleanliness and order. Key Highlights: 1. Providing key support to the head chef in dish preparation and presentation. 2. Collaborating closely with the Chef and Sous Chef. 3. As a Kitchen Assistant, your primary mission will be to support the head chef in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes from our culinary menu. Additionally, you will ensure all utensils, pots, pans, and equipment used in food preparation are clean and ready for use. You will work closely with the Chef and Sous Chef, following the agreed-upon menu guidelines and strictly adhering to safety, hygiene, and environmental protection regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in dish preparation under the supervision of the head chef. Food preparation including cleaning, cutting, and prepping ingredients. * Ensure impeccable dish presentation. * Transport food and supplies from storage to the kitchen, ensuring efficient product management. * Conduct food and supply stock control, maintaining accurate inventory records and notifying supervisors of any replenishment needs. * Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen at all times, including cleaning utensils, equipment, and work areas. * Properly collect and dispose of waste and garbage according to established procedures. Collaborate on recycling and waste management, ensuring correct separation. * Comply with hygiene and food safety standards at all times. * Perform other tasks assigned by the department. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Stable position (summer season). * Split shift schedule (8:00\-12:00 and 18:00\-22:00\).
