Requirements: • Education: Vocational or university education in humanities, tourism, theatre studies, or final year of undergraduate degree. • Languages: Catalan, Spanish, English (Advanced level); a fourth language is an asset. • Computer skills: Intermediate level. • Experience: Minimum one year in customer service, education, or guiding roles, plus strong willingness to learn. • Other: Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and sensitivity toward diverse visitor flows. • Extroverted person, good team player, empathetic.
