A Gerocultor/a is required for a 12-hour daytime shift, alternating between a short week (working Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays) and a long week (Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays). Working hours: 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM Assistance with basic daily living activities according to residents' needs and personal autonomy: feeding, medication administration, hygiene activities, mobility assistance, etc. * Minimum 6 months of experience; work in a similar setting and knowledge of gerontology * Medium-level Vocational Training (FP) qualification * Competencies / knowledge: Empathy and communication skills with elderly and dependent individuals. * Temporary employment contract (3 months) * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1600' to '1699' * Additional relevant information: If mutually agreed upon by both parties, the contract may be extended indefinitely.
