Job Summary: We are seeking a geriatric caregiver to provide comprehensive care for elderly residents in a geriatric residence, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team. Key Highlights: 1. Positive work environment and multidisciplinary team **Geriatric Caregiver** \- Geriatric Residence **El Montseny** (El Masnou). **Company Description:** The **El Montseny** Centre, located in the town of El Masnou, is a residential and day-care facility dedicated to comprehensive care for elderly people. We have a committed and professional team focused on ensuring the well-being and quality of life of our residents. We are seeking a geriatric caregiver to join our direct-personal-care team. The selected candidate will work in coordination with the centre’s healthcare and social professionals. **Main Responsibilities:** · Provision of personal care to residents (hygiene, feeding, mobility, daily activities). · Emotional and social support. · Support to nursing staff and other team members in assistance-related activities. · Collaboration in the centre’s activation activities and workshops. · Compliance with safety and health protocols. **Requirements:** · Intermediate Vocational Training Cycle in Nursing Assistant (TCAI). · Intermediate Vocational Training Cycle in Care for Dependent Persons. · Professional Certification in Socio-healthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions. · Prior experience in geriatric residences will be valued. **Offered:** · Contract: **2\* positions for holiday coverage (June to September):** **1\* morning shift** at 70% of full-time hours and **1\* afternoon shift** at 75% of full-time hours. **1 permanent position** at **50%** workload on the **afternoon shift**, with an **indefinite-term contract**.
