Job Summary: We are seeking a fishmonger for a supermarket with experience in handling, cutting, and selling fish and seafood, including counter setup and tool operation. Key Points: 1. Responsibility and excellent customer service are valued We are looking for a fishmonger (male or female) for a supermarket in Noja. Main responsibilities include receiving raw materials, setting up the counter, handling, cutting, and selling all types of fish and seafood to customers, as well as filleting and storing in refrigerated or frozen chambers. Cutting utensils such as knives, scissors, fish scalers, and cod knives are used, and their sharpening is also performed. Vacuum sealers and plastic wrap machines are utilized, along with other duties inherent to the position. Working hours are full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Sunday on a rotating shift schedule, with rest periods established by law. * Minimum 6 months of experience in this role. * We seek a responsible individual with strong customer service skills. * Residency near the workplace is desirable. * Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO).
