




Job Summary: We are seeking a cook to organize, prepare, and season meals; supervise daily service; and ensure staff hygiene and equipment maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Organization and preparation of menus according to medical instructions. 2. Supervision of service, food control, and kitchen maintenance. 3. Ensuring staff hygiene and proper condition of machinery. A cook is required for the Daimús (Valencia) center. The contract is temporary and full-time. The selected candidate will be responsible for organizing, preparing, and seasoning meals in accordance with the menu and medical department instructions. They will also supervise daily service, trolley assembly, food storage and control, and ensure kitchen staff hygiene and uniformity. Additionally, they must maintain machinery and utensils in good working condition. Previous experience in collective catering kitchens for at least 6 months is required. Working hours are split: from 7:45 to 14:45 and from 16:15 to 20:00. The gross monthly salary is 1\.591,19 euros, including extra pay and allowances for working on Sundays, public holidays, and special holidays. **Experience:** Minimum of 6 months
