




Job Summary: We are seeking a concierge to handle access control, equipment monitoring, mail management, and emergency evacuation leadership in a building. Key Responsibilities: 1. Building security and access control responsibility. 2. Emergency leadership and assistance to others during incidents. 3. Mail management and monitoring of condominium equipment. We are looking for a concierge for a building in Tarragona. Main duties include safeguarding and controlling building access, as well as monitoring the proper functioning of condominium equipment. The role also entails receiving mail and leading evacuations in case of emergencies, assisting others during such situations. Prior experience in similar positions is valued; fluency in Catalan and basic office software knowledge are required. Preference will be given to candidates with a disability certificate of 33% or higher, or IPT status, who are currently unemployed. This is a temporary position to cover a medical leave. The working schedule is full-time, 38.5 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, 15:00 to 21:00, and Saturdays from 09:00 to 14:00\.
