This isn’t just an internship—we’re seeking a team member eager to help shape and elevate the community in Barcelona! **Your Mission** * **Create and Manage Connections**: Engage with members, fostering a strong sense of community through events, interactions, and digital platforms in BCN. * **Organize Activities**: Assist in planning and executing events and initiatives that encourage participation, networking, and collaboration. * **Support \& Customer Experience**: Provide guidance and assistance to members, ensuring seamless interactions and helping resolve any issues. * **Growth \& Engagement**: Contribute to expanding the community by sharing opportunities, connecting the right people, and amplifying impactful initiatives. * **Promotion \& Content Creation**: Develop engaging content and storytelling for social media and other communication channels to enhance visibility and engagement. * **Partnership \& Business Development**: Build and maintain relationships with partners, sponsors, and key stakeholders to drive collaboration and sustainable growth. * **Learn \& Apply the Groundinn Way**: Immerse yourself in our dynamic way of working, gaining valuable experience in innovation, community\-building, and strategic execution. **Qualifications** * Currently pursuing studies or an internship in marketing, advertising, hospitality, audiovisual production, copywriting, content creation, events management, or related fields. * Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a knack for multitasking. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds. * A team\-oriented mindset with a proactive and results\-driven approach. * Eagerness to learn and contribute creative ideas. * Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for community engagement. * Must be able to arrange an agreement with their university for academic credit. **Additional Skills and Attributes** * Flexibility to adapt to evolving community needs and priorities. * Availability to work occasionally on weekends. * Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure. * A proactive, innovative problem\-solving mindset. * Passion for community building, shared spaces, and fostering connections. * A positive attitude with a drive for both personal and professional growth. * Strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a fast\-learning ability.
