The selected candidate will be responsible for operational organization of services, staff supervision, and shift roster planning, ensuring proper execution and service quality. Main Responsibilities * Supervision and coordination of cleaning teams. * Development and management of shift rosters and scheduling of shifts. * Quality control and monitoring of service delivery. * Incident resolution and communication with clients. * Management of materials and inventory control. * Travel between different work sites. Essential Requirements * Prior experience supervising cleaning teams. * Valid Class B driver's license. * Proficiency in computer applications, especially shift roster management, email, and office software. * Strong organizational and leadership skills. * Responsible, solution-oriented individual with effective communication skills. What We Offer * Permanent contract. * Full-time position. * Fixed working hours from Monday to Friday. * Salary: **€1,400 gross per month in 15 installments**. * Company van. * Immediate start.
