Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance services We are seeking staff for cleaning and maintenance tasks in the Gijón (Asturias) area. Duties include ongoing restroom cleaning and disinfection of common areas, as well as sweeping, preparing, and maintaining outdoor areas and terraces. It will also be necessary to use appropriate products, materials, and tools according to surface type, and to determine when supplies are needed to inform the responsible person. Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance services is required, preferably in sectors such as hospitality, large retail stores, or shopping centers. The employment conditions include a three-month temporary contract, full-time work, with a weekly schedule of 40 hours from Monday to Sunday. The salary is €1,400 gross per month.
