Check\-in Agent and Customer Service Are you passionate about customer service and do you enjoy delivering high-quality service? We are looking for an organized, solution-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to join our apartment management team. What will your responsibilities be? * Greet and welcome guests upon arrival. * Conduct in-person check\-in procedures and explain the apartment’s operation and facilities. * Handle payments when applicable. * Coordinate guest arrivals and organize daily check\-ins. * Answer calls and manage the check\-in telephone line. * Address inquiries, manage requests, and monitor incidents during guests’ stays, ensuring prompt and professional assistance. * Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure an outstanding guest experience. Working Hours The standard working hours are **12:00 to 20:00**. Additionally, approximately **once per month**, an on-call shift is required, during which the individual will be responsible for: * Performing check\-ins outside regular working hours. * Managing weekend check\-ins. * Answering the check\-in telephone line and coordinating arrivals, incidents, and guest requests. What are we looking for? * Experience in customer service, front desk operations, hospitality, or tourism (preferred). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * An organized, responsible individual capable of independently resolving issues. * Ability to multitask effectively. * Foreign language proficiency, especially English, is a plus. * Availability to perform scheduled on-call shifts.
