We are seeking a person for the Caddy Master position at Golf Club Jávea. The main responsibility is to organize and supervise the course's starting area. Daily tasks include managing tee-off times and pace of play, attending to and informing members and visitors in both Spanish and English, coordinating playing equipment such as golf carts and rental trolleys, and controlling access to the course while ensuring compliance with club rules and etiquette. Additionally, support is provided in organizing competitions and tournaments, and coordination takes place with reception, maintenance, and management. Fluency in both spoken and written Spanish and English is required for this position, as the club operates in an international environment. Customer service skills, organizational ability, and teamwork are highly valued. Weekend and holiday availability is essential, according to the established rota. Knowledge of additional languages—such as German, French, Dutch, or Valencian—is considered a positive asset, as is prior experience working at golf courses or sports facilities, and familiarity with golf rules and etiquette. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are also required. Two types of indefinite-term contracts are offered. The first is full-time employment, with remuneration based on the collective agreement for sports facilities; working hours follow a rota that includes weekends and holidays. The second option is a part-time contract covering Sundays and holidays, with salary proportional to hours worked.
