Job Summary: We are seeking a butcher to cut, store, and display meat, as well as serve customers, while maintaining hygiene and complying with food safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for meat cutting, storage, and display. 2. Customer service and compliance with food safety regulations. 3. Maintenance of hygiene in tools and the work area. This position is offered at a butcher shop in Valdés, Asturias. Duties include cutting, storing, and displaying meat, as well as serving and attending to customers. Compliance with food safety regulations is required, along with keeping tools and the work area clean and hygienic. A minimum of six months' experience in a similar role is required, along with a valid Class B driver's license and personal vehicle for commuting to work. The position offers an indefinite-term employment contract, full-time hours, and a work schedule from Monday to Saturday, with statutory rest days. Salary and other conditions follow the Retail Trade Collective Agreement. Immediate start is preferred.
