Brunch and pastry service in a dynamic atmosphere At **Galia Pastelería**, a French-inspired space specializing in specialty coffee and brunch, we are seeking a **Barista/Waitress** to join our team. We are looking for someone passionate about coffee, customer service, and the small details that make a difference. **Responsibilities** * Preparation and service of specialty coffee (espresso, milk-based drinks, filter coffee) * Customer service at the bar and tables, offering friendly and professional interaction * Service and presentation of brunch and pastries * Maintaining order and cleanliness of the workspace * Handling payments and supporting daily service flow * Teamwork in a dynamic environment **Requirements** * Prior experience as a barista and/or waitress (experience in specialty coffee is a plus) * Passion for coffee, gastronomy, and hospitality * Proactive, responsible, and customer-oriented attitude * Ability to work under pressure * Strong communication skills * Spanish is mandatory; English is desirable * Availability to work on weekends * **Spanish is mandatory** * **English and/or French are desirable** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: €1,500.00 per month Language: * French (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
