ActiveX is an organization dedicated to the education sector seeking to hire a Training Advisor to manage its academic offerings. The company focuses on delivering customized training solutions, supporting students from their initial contact through to enrollment formalization. On a day-to-day basis, your primary responsibility will be consultative commercial advising—identifying each prospect’s specific needs in order to recommend the most suitable training program. You will conduct thorough lead follow-up via multiple channels including phone, email, WhatsApp, and video calls, ensuring accurate information management within the company’s CRM and actively working toward achieving established enrollment targets. For this position, a minimum of 1 year of prior experience in consultative sales or commercial advisory roles is required; experience in training centers is highly valued. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency in digital tools and CRM systems. Since the contract is offered under self-employed status, candidates must be capable of issuing invoices and working independently in a fully remote environment. **WHAT WILL THE CANDIDATE DO IN THIS ROLE?** \- Advise prospects on ActiveX’s training offerings. \- Identify individual needs and recommend the most appropriate course for each profile. \- Support students throughout the entire admission and enrollment process. \- Conduct lead follow-up via phone, email, WhatsApp, and video calls. \- Manage information in the CRM and meet enrollment targets. **WHAT QUALIFICATIONS SHOULD THE CANDIDATE POSSESS TO BE A STRONG FIT FOR THIS POSITION?** \- 3 hours per day, Monday to Friday. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in consultative sales or commercial advisory roles. \- Prior experience in the training sector is valuable. \- Demonstrable ability to work autonomously in a remote setting. \- Proficiency with digital tools and CRM management. \- Advanced communication and negotiation skills. \- Ability to issue invoices (self-employed).
