The professional filling this position will join the Manufacturing Engineering team. Their primary role is to comprehensively participate in the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of production processes related to vehicle assembly. This work involves an in-depth analysis of existing work methods, evaluating operational sequences, cycle times, plant layout, and required resources to optimize efficiency. Additionally, they will be responsible for defining, implementing, and validating new assembly processes—both mechanical and those involving pneumatic and hydraulic systems—consistently driving continuous improvement across all stages. Close collaboration with the Product Engineering department is essential to implement improvements and ensure effective industrialization of new designs, guaranteeing their manufacturability. Another key area of responsibility is the development and design of new manufacturing processes, including defining workflow sequences and preparing all associated technical documentation—such as work instructions, manufacturing drawings, and process records. Identifying manufacturing requirements and specifying necessary equipment—including tools, machinery, and dedicated tooling—is part of their routine duties. The role also requires collaboration in acquiring and implementing new production equipment, as well as training and supporting production staff on the use of new tools and processes. Finally, participation in validation, monitoring, and improvement activities for implemented processes is essential to ensure compliance with the organization’s quality, safety, and operational efficiency standards.

A Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering is required, along with a minimum of four years’ experience in designing and defining production equipment within industrial environments. Fluency in English—both spoken and written—at B2 level or higher is mandatory, as is availability for international travel. Familiarity with software such as SAP (user level), Teamcenter, and NX—as well as knowledge of Poka\-Yoke systems—is considered advantageous. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong organizational ability, leadership skills, negotiation capabilities, and be proactive, organized, and solution-oriented.
