Palex Medical Technical Service 28 minutes ago Description Palex Medical is looking to hire a **Technical Support Engineer** (Field Service Engineer) **based in Madrid.** The selected candidate will be responsible for **technical support of electromedical equipment** integrated into hospital networks. **Main Responsibilities** * Integration of equipment and systems in hospital environments (HIS, RIS, PACS). * Network configuration (IPs, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs) and support for virtualized environments. * User management and security (Active Directory, roles and permissions). * Remote and on-site support, coordinated with IT departments. * Installation, diagnosis, and repair of hardware electromedical equipment failures. * Coordination with departments to achieve the company’s target outcomes. **Requirements** * Degree in **Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering**. * Technical knowledge of **Windows Server, SQL Server, networking, virtual machines, remote desktop, and HL7 protocol-based integration**. * Minimum of **2 years’ experience in similar positions**, and **4 years’ overall professional experience**. * Intermediate-to-advanced level of English (**minimum B2**). * **Valid driver’s license** and willingness to travel. * Prior experience in hospital system integrations and knowledge of electronics will be valued. **Competencies** * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to technical service quality. * Analytical ability, autonomy, and efficient time management. * Strong communication skills when interacting with IT and clinical stakeholders. * Proactivity and commitment. * Teamwork. **Offer** * Permanent contract and full-time working hours. * Company vehicle and work-related technological tools. * Continuous technical training and opportunities for professional development in a specialized environment. * Among other social benefits.
