We manage a wide variety of assets: offices, commercial buildings, shopping centers, residential properties, hotels, logistics and industrial assets, among others. **Who are we looking for?** A **TECHNICAL PROPERTY MANAGER**, with experience in the real estate sector. The candidate, whose location will be MVGM’s main office in **Madrid**, will be responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned properties. This includes overseeing operational management and supporting financial management of the property, supervising all services, operations, and functions stipulated in the management mandate signed with the client: * Develop and implement the annual management plan for each property * Optimize the relationship among manager, tenant, and client * Ensure compliance with lease agreement terms * Supervise the development and management of the annual operational budget for each property * Review, monitor, and provide monthly financial and operational reports to the client * Maximize relationships with preferred suppliers and contractors, and expand relationships with new service providers for the assets * Coordinate with various suppliers and contractors to achieve established objectives * Prioritize and address all demands from each property and its users, taking appropriate measures and/or actions in each case * Conduct periodic site visits to the assets * Manage and foster the client relationship * Ensure compliance with the client’s audit standards **Required Knowledge:** * Technical education in Engineering, Architecture, or Facility Management (or equivalent) * Minimum **1 year of experience as a property manager**, with knowledge of the real estate sector * English language level: B2 or B2 \- C1 * Advanced proficiency in: * Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) **Desirable:** * CPM (Certified Property Manager) certification – IREM * RPA (Real Property Administrator) certification – BOMI * FMP (Facilities Management Professional) certification – IFMA **What we offer:** * Permanent employment contract * Professional development within an expanding international company * Competitive compensation based on experience provided * Excellent professional environment grounded in collaboration, proximity, and mutual respect among teams Don’t hesitate — apply now! 69lmR0BYfL
