Work with modern frontend technologies and scalable architectures. **Description:** ---------------- At **Grupo NS**, we are looking to hire a **Technical Lead React** with solid experience in **Digital Channels** and **technical leadership**, to participate in strategic projects within the **banking sector**. We seek a candidate with experience in complex corporate environments, capable of technically leading modern frontend solutions, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and acting as a liaison between business and technology—ensuring quality, performance, and alignment with client standards. Prior experience within the **CaixaBank technology ecosystem** will be especially **valuable**. ***Main Responsibilities*** * Technically lead frontend projects from both functional and technical perspectives. * Analyze and understand customer and business requirements. * Define functionalities within the scope of Channels / Digital Channels. * Coordinate and monitor functional and technical progress of the development team. * Design modern and scalable frontend solutions. * Participate in production implementations and deployment coordination. * Ensure code quality, performance, and compliance with corporate standards. * Prepare technical and functional documentation: * + Design Authorities + technical documentation + functional documentation * Work under agile methodologies and QA standards. ***Position Conditions*** * Sector: Banking. * Location: Barcelona. * Work Mode: Hybrid. ***What We Offer*** * Involvement in strategic banking digital transformation projects. * Work with modern frontend technologies and scalable architectures. * Highly specialized technical environment. * Join Grupo NS, a leading IT services company. * Competitive compensation based on experience. * Contract Type: Permanent **Requirements:** --------------- **Mandatory Requirements** **5 to 7 years** of experience in **frontend development and technical leadership**. Advanced proficiency in: * React * Modern frontend architectures * Reusable components Experience in: * Digital Channels * Banking environments or large organizations * Agile methodologies (Scrum / Agile Delivery) Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of: * Clean Code * QA and quality assurance * Production deployments and implementations Education: Technical Engineering degree or equivalent. **Highly Desirable** * Prior experience at CaixaBank. * Familiarity with the client’s technological and organizational ecosystem. * Experience in OpenFront environments based on React. * Experience integrating solutions within complex corporate architectures.
