Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage the procurement of goods, services, and construction works, provide regulatory advice, and collaborate in procurement committees—resolving incidents and reporting to management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of procurement of goods, services, and construction works 2. Legal advisory services and preparation of key documentation 3. Active participation in procurement committees and resolution of incidents This position is offered in Seville for managing the procurement of goods, services, and construction works using specific tools and in compliance with current regulations. Responsibilities include advising on legal regulations related to the agency and public or private entities, preparing documentation such as reports, tender specifications, and minutes, and collaborating with other departments to define tender conditions (award criteria, financial solvency). Additionally, the role involves participating in procurement committees, addressing bidders’ queries, resolving contract-related incidents and complaints, and periodically reporting progress to management. Interim contract, full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 15:00, with a monthly salary of 3372 euros. The work is carried out in Seville city.
